Understanding how non-work related/outside of work matters can easily carry over into work-related tasks, allows A.C.C. to provide personalized services to strengthen organizational mental health, find better ways to manage stress, remove barriers, address challenges, and address a number of employment related issues. The results of not addressing these matters can often lead to a number of issues affecting the company’s performance, company culture and reputation. These issues can, not only limit a company’s performance, but it can also create unnecessary barriers for change, create hostile or unpleasant work environments, create increased operational and health costs, create burnout, create unhealthy team division, as well as impact employment retention and recruitment efforts.
ACC uses tangible data to find the root causes of potential problems for employers to address to improve their organization’s performance. We use a number of techniques to obtain the necessary data to perform an analysis of potential problematic areas. These techniques consists of assessments, interviews, surveys, focus groups, reporting, audits, studies and much more. Once the data is analyzed, we formulate a plan and provide strategic direction on the next steps to take, which could be trainings, coaching, workshops, professional development, and adding our World Class EAP program. We aim to find and address unproductive items that are being brought into the workplace and provide solutions to produce better outcomes for the organization.
